Pembridge is a privately-owned real estate investment platform founded by Michael Fuchs and Sage Fuchs with offices in New York, London and Frankfurt. The Principals of Pembridge have led the investments of over USD 30 billion in real estate assets globally on behalf of leading global institutional and private investors and currently retains control and ownership interests in over USD 15 billion of these assets. Since operations began in 2018, Pembridge has acquired multifamily, mixed use, land and hospitality assets across the US, the UK and Germany.

Michael Fuchs
Co-Founder & Chairman
Michael, based between London, Frankfurt and New York City, co-founded Pembridge Real Estate in 2018. Michael also co-founded RFR Holding in 1991, a hugely successful real estate investment, development and management company with holdings of over USD 15 billion in the US and Europe. Michael’s extensive experience, deep relationships in the real estate industry and international capital markets have helped him build a world-class portfolio of commercial, residential and hospitality assets including The Chrysler Building (NYC), The Seagram Building (NYC) and W South Beach Hotel (Miami). Michael also contributes to several charitable causes such as the Städel Museum in Frankfurt, the philharmonic communities in Germany, and the Royal Botanic Gardens in England. Michael completed his MBA from the University of Southern California.
Sage Fuchs
Co-Founder & Principal
Following in the footsteps of her family business, Sage co-founded Pembridge Real Estate in New York City. She has a deep passion for real estate investing and real estate analytics and trends. Sage leads the real estate investment strategy for Pembridge and is deeply involved in all aspects of research, acquisitions and asset management. Sage completed her BS from Tulane University and a Certificate of Real Estate Investment from New York University.
Dino Antzoulis
Principal, Capital Markets & Strategy
Dino, based in Dubai, has a 20+ year career focused on international real estate and technology investments and, prior to founding Requus Capital, has worked at a top tier investment manager, sovereign wealth fund and various family offices globally. With experience on both the debt and equity sides of the business he has been responsible for global transactions valued over USD 10 billion throughout the US, Europe, Africa and Asia. Dino has a thorough understanding of cross border investing and an extensive array of global relationships and resources. Dino completed his BS in Real Estate and International Business from Pennsylvania State University before earning his MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
